This is an exterior house painting project we completed in Tampa, FL. First we pressure washed the house to clean it and then we filled cracks and caulked openings. Then we covered all windows, pavers and landscaping before beginning the painting process. Once we were ready we applied a sealer over the existing paint, then applied two coats of Sherwin William's Resilience Satin Finish. We then cleaned up and walked through the project with the customer to make sure everything has been completed to their satisfaction.
