The garage floor had several coats of old failing paint that had to be removed. We used our large Avenger 650 diamond grinder for the majority of the floor and hand ground the perimeter. This was followed by our lighter machine to get the right profile for the epoxy. We then filled the cracks and divots. Afterwards, we laid down our Hyper Bond epoxy from Floor Guard. We then broadcast our flakes. The next day we remove any excess flake and applied a top coat of clear Polyaspartic to lock everything together for an amazingly tough floor. Customer chose a beautiful black and white flake called Charcoal.
Estimated Budget: $1,880
