This is a great old building in downtown Tarpon Springs. We pressure washed years of dirt off before we could even begin. Then will filled all the cracks with elastomeric. Applied a lot of caulk to all the windows and doors and other openings. Then we applied a full coat of sealer and two coats of Sherwin Williams Resilience satin finish exterior 100% acrylic. This finish should last a long time.
