This is a new home built in south Tampa. Like all our floors, we begin with a complete diamond grind on all surfaces to insure a good bond of the epoxy to the concrete. We then apply Floor Guard Hyper Bond three part solvent based epoxy. We then cast a complete coverage of vinyl chip flake into the epoxy that melts into it forming a complete bond. We come back the next day to remove any loose flake and apply a polyaspartic clear top coat.
Estimated Budget: $3880
