We recently completed this project for a satisfied client in Palm Harbor, FL, showcasing our commitment to quality and long-lasting results. We begin all exterior painting projects with a thorough pressure washing to remove all dirt and chalking paint. We then cover all windows, landscaping, and everything not to be painted with plastic and drop cloths. All windows and doors are caulked. Then we apply a clear sealer/primer to ensure a good bond with the paint to all surfaces. Next, we spray and back roll one coat of Sherwin Williams Latitude satin finish. Then we spray and back roll a second coat for a finish that will last for many years.
Budget: $14,560
Location: Palm Harbor, FL
