We took this tired and worn out old painted front porch and made it look like a million buck$. We gave this the same treatment we do our garage floors. We mechanically grind the surface to remove any failing coating and provide a good profile for the epoxy to bite in to. Once everything is prepped, we then apply the 2 part epoxy with vinyl chip flakes of your choice and colors. We come back the next day to remove any excess flake and apply a super durable clear polyaspartic top coat that is bullet proof. We also painted the railings and all sides of the porch.
