We started this exterior painting project with a full pressure washing. We then addressed all the caulking and stucco cracks. All cracks were filled with elastomeric brush grade crack filler and we only use the highest quality caulk from Sherwin Williams. We then cover all windows, landscaping and any other areas of concern with plastic and drop cloths. Next we apply a clear chalk binding sealer and 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Duration. All wood ceilings receive a thorough hand cleaning and a coat of Sikkens Dark Oak to restore the beauty of the wood. Every detail is addressed to insure a very happy customer.
