After we completed the interior of this beautiful Tarpon Springs Florida home they asked if we would complete the exterior painting. Of course, we started this project like all of our exteriors with a thorough pressure washing to make sure all surfaces are clean and ready for painting. Then we proceeded to cover all windows and landscaping with drop cloths and plastic. Next, we caulked all windows and filled all stucco cracks with brush grade elastomeric patch. Now the home is ready to begin painting. We start with a clear sealer/primer to get a good surface for painting. Then we apply 2 coats of Sherwin William's Latitude Exterior Paint satin finish paint. We do a complete clean up and walk the entire project with our customer to make sure that the exterior painting project is absolutely perfect
