This was a very large home in Palm Harbor, FL right on the water. So it was a bit dirty from the salt air and humidity. Our team began with a very thorough cleaning of the house from top to bottom by pressure washing all surfaces. We then had to do quite a bit of caulking and covering all areas that were not going to be painted. Next, we started the exterior painting process with a clear sealer to lock in any chalky paint then 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Duration. Once finished we uncovered everything and did a walk through with the customer to make sure they were happy.
