We recently completed an exterior painting project on a residential home in Oldsmar, FL, starting with a thorough pressure washing to remove all dirt and chalking paint. We carefully covered all windows, landscaping, and any surfaces not being painted with plastic and drop cloths to protect the property. All windows and doors were meticulously caulked to seal any gaps and ensure a clean finish.
Next, we applied a clear sealer/primer to promote a strong bond between the surfaces and the paint. We then spray-applied and back rolled one full coat of Sherwin-Williams Loxon XP, followed by a second coat to ensure a durable, long-lasting finish. The final result dramatically enhanced the home's curb appeal while providing reliable protection against Florida’s harsh weather conditions.
Budget: $16,750
Location: Oldsmar, FL
